📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow your package in real-time.

🚀 Delivery Time

We offer nationwide delivery across the UAE.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Major Cities (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah): 2–4 business days

  • Other Emirates: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to courier operations, public holidays, or weather conditions.

💳 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders during promotional periods or on orders above AED 130.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: AED 15 for orders below AED 130.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for an additional AED 5 service charge.

🌍 International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within the UAE. However, we plan to expand internationally soon to serve our global customers better.
